Manifest Content is an ambitious, four-movement suite that spans a mish mash of various prog and metal subgenres, themed around four different theories of dream interpretation: Condensation (dreams as a source of creative inspiration), Revision (dreams as wish fulfillment), Displacement (dreams as a way of seeing the future), and Symbolism (dreams representing material that is repressed by the conscious mind). I spent three years putting this thing together, hope you enjoy it!
